Aspen Ladd's journey in combat sports began at 14 years old. She began training in kickboxing boxing BJJ and wrestling before completing her amateur debut at age 18 at WCFC in a fight against Jaimee Nievera. Aspen turned professional in 2015 when she signed with Invicta FC to make her professional debut. Invicta fought Ana Carolina Vidal in Invicta 2011, and was victorious by the first round TKO.
